Collection Sweaters
A Pair of Sweaters about Collections and Multiples

This pair of matching sweaters if based on my lifetime of being an avid collector, saving everything from junk to precious finds in glass jars spread out all over my room. When looking at all my stuff as a whole it represents unity within having multiples. Things matter more when seeing say, a hundred of something rather than three.  The layers of history and memories within finding my collections is very important too. They all create nostalgia to look at. The ridges in the first sweater, and the simple shape repeated over and over again on the second sweater represent this idea of multiples. The nostalgic purple-grey color represents memories.
